they upgraded my room for free! it was a good stay, staff were friendly, room was big. had all the utensils. location is great. it’s not in a busy part , the road is quiete but it’s a cheap hotel,so it’s worth it. your literally 15 mins walk from Nisantasi city centre and Taksim square.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful ! The room was very spacious. The location is very central. It is just a fifteen minutes walk to the Taksim Square, which is the most important square in Istanbul. All the night clubs are in walking distance. In just 30 minutes by car you are in the Hagia Sophia and in ten minutes at the Bosphorus.

Have been here for two weeks and I loved it. It became a home for me. The staff and all the personal where VERY helpful and gave me all I needed. Spared me a breakfast when I left for more days and forgot to pay for it. Gave me household tools I needed and so on. Everything looks the same as on photos. It’s very clean. And no smell. The location is very magic and atmospheric as if you are in city and countryside in it. The streets around are some elite and some are authentic and very beautiful. The price is the same as everywhere, but I recommend this place. Because you will get best service and what you see on photos with no bad surprises. The personal is very polite, hardworking and cute. The place is quite 99% inside. The windows pretty soundproofing. Good air conditional. No smells or hot and stuffy nights. Great shower. The waters temperature doesn’t change much by it self, so you will not get burned or freezed. Good breakfast. It’s taste and you get it fast, but it is 90% the same. Personal knows english and some know russian. The internet is very fast and 100% uptime. There is a cable internet too. Not only Wi-Fi. It was a great surprise for movies on laptop at evenings. The location is good if you like to walk or get taxi. The bus is not very close. The security of the rooms are great, no one will be able to open the door and go inside with out you. There are locks but I guess you don’t need them. They are strict with visitors and it’s 100% safe here. Plus there is a strongbox in the room. I enjoyed everyday of staying here, because I had to work a lot inside. The service is wonderful and they will help you out anytime and can give you what you need. If you don’t like something just tell them, they will be happy to help.

The staff was really helpful. They provided us with stove top and kitchen stuff that we needed to make for breakfast and tea. The receptionist were extra polite and helpful. The staff overal was very present and efficient.

The facilty , the staff, the location everything were super.
